Custos Maritime & Defence Industries AB (publ) (“Custos” or the “Company”) announces that the board of directors, at its meeting on 16 March 2026, resolved to further extend the final day to exercise outstanding warrants issued under Warrants Program No. 3. The new final exercise date is 30 June 2026.
Background
At the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting held on 9 September 2025, Custos resolved to issue warrants under Warrants Program No. 3 (the “Warrants”). The Warrants were originally set to expire on 15 November 2025.
On 12 November 2025, the board of directors resolved to extend the final exercise date to 30 March 2026.
On 16 March 2026, the board of directors resolved to further extend the final exercise date of the Warrants to 30 June 2026.
