Second Control Meeting Scheduled
Custos Maritime & Defence Industries AB (publ) will hold its second control meeting on February 26, 2026, at Hotel Anglais in Stockholm. Following successful equity restoration measures implemented since June 2025, the Board recommends that the Company continue operations rather than enter liquidation.
Equity Successfully Restored
The Company’s equity has been fully restored through strategic actions taken in September 2025, including share and warrant issuances and capital restructuring. The second control balance sheet as of December 31, 2025, confirms the full restoration of equity capital.
Board’s Recommendation
The Board believes shareholders and the Company are best served by continuing operations to safeguard the Company’s interests and maximize value.
Shareholder Participation
Shareholders registered by February 18, 2026, are eligible to participate. Registration deadline is February 20, 2026, via Registration Form below.
